Cancellation policy

All sessions must be booked in advance.

You can book a session by email, facebook message, text message or phone call.

Your booking with us is binding.

The session time will start at your pre-booked time - so please come on time.

Sessions go ahead in all weathers. On wet days, some activities may take place in the barn area.

Sessions may be cancelled by us if a RED weather warning is in place for our area - in this case, we will contact you directly as soon as possible.

We understand that at times, it may not be possible for you to attend a pre-booked session. Please contact us 24 hours prior to your booked session if you have to cancel or change the time.

Our sessions require preparation and planning, and at times the committment of volunteers. Therefore, we are unable to accept short-notice cancellations, and in case of non-attendance, you will be charged the full session fee.

Caring for the horse can take an important place in each session - a great opportunity to learn about empathy, responsibility, committment and friendship.
